The Group manages a diversified portfolio of industrial, commercial and residential properties in Malaysia with a focus on redevelopment potential and portfolio enhancement opportunities. Careful asset management across the portfolio generates strong cash flows through development and sales once value enhancing opportunities have been exhausted. In Singapore, the Group is a niche developer for residential homes for the upper middle segment. We are also constantly looking at opportunities for new projects in China.
