Teck Chiang Realty has been a property developer in Singapore since the 1970s. Amongst the projects it has successfully completed are terrace and semi-detached houses at Florissa Park and Sims View and residential apartments at Grange Court, Margate Point, The Princeton and Dunman Place. More recently Teck Chiang Realty has found a niche in redeveloping detached houses. These include bungalows at Goodman Road, Wilkinson Road, Wareham Road and Branksome Road and strata bungalows at Crescent Road.
